Camryn Grimes Born on January 7, 1990 in Van Nuys, California. The young actress is a professionally accomplished person, and she hasn't even finished high school. Camryn has been playing the role of «Cassidy Newman» on CBS's soap opera "The Young And The Restless" since 1997. Grimes has been nominated three times for a Daytime Emmy as «Outstanding Younger» Actress in a Drama Series in 1998 and 1999, and won the award in 2000. During her seven-year run on The Young and the Restless, Grimes has been nominated three times for a Daytime Emmy as Oustanding Younger Lead Actress in 1998 and 1999, and won the award in 2000. In 1998 she was nominated for a Young Artist Award. IIn She enjoys drawing, rock climbing, white water rafting, swimming and diving.
