Scott H. Biram

Scott Biram, aka Scott H. Biram or SHB, (born April 4, 1974, Lockhart, Texas) is an American blues, punk and country music musician, based in Austin, Texas.
Biram was born in Lockhart and raised in Fentress and San Marcos, Texas. Biram attended Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University). Prior to becoming a one-man band, he was a member of a punk band (The Thangs) and two bluegrass bands (Scott Biram & the Salt Peter Boys and Bluegrass Drive-By). "A lot of people don't know this, but the funny thing is that my middle name doesn't even start with an H. It's a joke. But with the H, I can tell people I'm Scott Hiram Biram — Hank Williams’s first name is Hiram. Basically, I like to make up all sorts of things for what the H stands for."
