- HOW CAN I PAY FOR TICKETS?

- You can order and pay for the tickets by 4 ways. 1. ON-LINE (VISA, Mastercard) 2. CASH AT OFFICE (you can pay for tickets at our office not later than 48 hours after your booking. 3. BANK TRANSFER (you can pay for tickets by bank transfer not later than 48 hours after your booking, the receipt will be sent to your e-mail within 8 hours after booking. 4. INVOICE (you can pay for tickets not later than 48 hours after your booking, the invoice will be sent to your e-mail within 8 hours after booking.

- HOW CAN I CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER BOOKING THE TICKETS ?

- You can track your order or change the delivery address in the page VIEW MY ORDERS.

- CAN I KNOW IN ADVANCE THE BLOCK, ROW AND SEATS OF TICKETS ?

- In general we can guarantee only the category of tickets (1, 2, 3 category, Standing, VIP tickets etc.). But in some cases we can give more details on your request.

- HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS ?

- We sent tickets worldwide. And wherever you are you will always receive your tickets by FedEx delivery (at least 7 days before the event). Tickets for some events will be delivered only to the address of your staying during the event (for example: to the reception desk of the hotel). As soon as the tickets are ready for dispatch our managers ALWAYS contact you by phone to clarify the convinient for you date & time of delivery. And only after that the tickets will be sent to you. Nevertheless if at the moment of delivery you will not be there (for example you has gone for a dinner's break) the courier will leave a message for you. So after you come back you'll be able to contact the courier and to appoint the new date & time of delivery or to pick up your tickets personally at the office address of courier service.

- CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT ?

- After you've paid for the tickets it is not possible to refuse of them because as soon as we receive your payment we immediately start to make all efforts to get these tickets for you. But you can always offer us to buy your tickets using the page SELL YOUR TICKETS. So please be sure that you really need the tickets before you pay for them!

- THANKS, I'VE RECEIVED MY TICKETS, BUT THE PRICE PRINTED ON THE TICKETS DIFFERS FROM THE PRICE I HAVE PAID.

- We are an intermediary and not a direct selling point. As we sell tickets for very popular events the majority of the tickets you can still see ON SALE at euroticket.com.ua - have been SOLD OUT at the official selling points (sometimes for 10 minutes after they were opened for sale). All our prices include expenses to find, to get and to deliver the tickets directly to your hands, wherever you are. And even if the tickets you are looking for are SOLD OUT we can offer the best of them sometimes even the day before the event.
